24/01/2012 - F.S.Mackenzie ships aid to South African charity 'The Baby Bear Project'

 

 

At F.S.Mackenzie we support ‘the Baby Bear Project’, a charitable non-profit organisation that provides essential aid for newborns, including clothing, care items and skills training. The charity operates at Saint Mary's hospital in South Africa, supporting some of the poorest families in the area.

At F.S.Mackenzie we have been sending out a pallet of newborn packs every month free of charge to Saint Mary's Hospital on behalf of ‘The Baby Bear Project’. The charity recently sent us these words of thanks for the service we provide:


“Without your wonderful help this project would not be as successful, as with the help of the regular monthly pallet we send out there are now no babies going home wrapped in newspapers. We thank you with all our hearts for your part in helping to achieve this.”
